Acceptable Use & Content Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Vidfield AI is a creative workspace for producing commercial and editorial visuals — product photography, marketing assets, concept art, architecture and interior visualisation, storyboards, motion graphics, 3D assets and social content. This policy sets out what may and may not be created on the platform, how we enforce it, and how to report misuse. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

The rules below apply to every tool and every AI model available on Vidfield, to prompts, uploaded reference files and generated outputs alike.

1) Who May Use Vidfield

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or purchase credits.
  • Vidfield is a professional creative tool. It is not a dating, companionship, adult-entertainment or social-matching service, and may not be used as one.
  • If you use Vidfield on behalf of a business, you are responsible for the conduct of everyone using your workspace.

2) Prohibited Content

You may not use Vidfield to create, upload, edit, store or share:

  • Sexual or adult content. Nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material of any kind, whether photographic, illustrated or AI-generated. This includes "artistic" nudity, fetish content and content intended for sexual gratification.
  • Any depiction of minors. Content depicting, or appearing to depict, anyone under 18 — in any context. Sexualised depictions of minors are reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery. Intimate or sexualised depictions of any real person, including "undressing" or "nudifying" edits.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation. Realistic synthetic media that depicts a real, identifiable person saying or doing something they did not say or do, or that presents a fabricated likeness as authentic. See Section 3.
  • Deception and fraud. Fake news, fabricated events, manipulated evidence, political disinformation, scam or phishing material, counterfeit documents, and imitation of brands, institutions or officials.
  • Violence, extremism and hate. Graphic violence or gore, terrorist or extremist propaganda, content that promotes or glorifies violence, or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
  • Harassment and privacy violations. Content that targets, bullies, threatens or doxxes a private individual, or that uses facial-recognition or surveillance techniques to identify people.
  • Self-harm. Content that promotes or instructs suicide, self-injury or eating disorders.
  • Illegal goods and activities. Weapons manufacture, illegal drugs, or any content that is unlawful where you live or where it is published.
  • Infringing content. Material that violates another party's copyright, trademark, right of publicity or other rights — including recognisable characters, logos and artworks you are not licensed to use.

3) Real People — Faces, Voices and Likeness

Some Vidfield tools accept a photo or voice recording as a reference. These rules apply whenever a real, identifiable person could appear in an input or output:

  • Only your own likeness, or with documented consent. You may upload a face or voice only if it is yours, or if the depicted person has given you explicit, informed permission for this specific use. We may ask you to produce that consent.
  • No public figures or celebrities. Do not generate, edit or voice politicians, celebrities, executives or any other public figure, regardless of intent.
  • No identification or surveillance. Reference images may not be used to identify, track, profile or verify any person.
  • No misleading synthetic media. Outputs that depict a real person must not be presented as genuine photographs, recordings or statements. Where a reasonable viewer could be misled, label the content as AI-generated.
  • Audio. Voice features may only reproduce a voice you own or are expressly authorised to use, and never to impersonate someone for deception, fraud or harassment.

Vidfield does not train AI models on your faces, voices or other content, and reference files are used solely to fulfil the generation you requested.

4) How We Enforce This Policy

  • Prompt screening on every request. Every prompt, script and instruction is checked against our content rules before it reaches any model. Requests for sexual content or content involving minors are refused with no credits charged.
  • Safety rules inside our AI assistants. The writing and planning assistants built into Vidfield are instructed to refuse prohibited requests rather than reword them.
  • Provider-side moderation. The AI providers that run our models apply their own input and output classifiers, including image and NSFW detection on uploaded references and generated results. Blocked generations are not delivered.
  • Monitoring and review. We log generation activity for safety purposes and review flagged accounts manually.
  • Consequences. Violations may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, feature restriction, account suspension or termination, and — where the law requires — reporting to authorities. Refunds are not issued for credits spent on, or lost through, policy violations.

5) Reporting Misuse and Takedown Requests

If you believe content created with Vidfield violates this policy, your rights, or your privacy, email support@vidfield.ai with the subject "Content Report". Include a link or copy of the content, why it violates this policy, and — if the report concerns your likeness — confirmation that you are the person depicted or are authorised to act for them.

  • Intimate imagery of a real person is removed within 48 hours of a valid report, and we take reasonable steps to remove known copies.
  • Other reports are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved as quickly as possible.
  • Copyright and trademark complaints follow the notice-and-counter-notice process in Section 10 of our Terms of Service.

6) AI-Generated Content Disclosure

  • All images, video, audio and 3D produced on Vidfield are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them.
  • Where you publish AI-generated media in contexts where authenticity matters — news, advertising claims, testimonials, political communication — you must comply with applicable disclosure and labelling laws.
  • Some models embed provenance metadata or watermarks in their outputs. You may not remove or alter such markers.

7) Platform Integrity

You also agree not to:

  • attempt to bypass, probe or defeat safety filters, moderation or usage limits;
  • use bots, scripts or automation to generate content at scale without written permission;
  • resell, share or transfer your account, credits or API access;
  • upload malware or use the Services to attack, disrupt or overload any system.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as laws, payment-network rules and model-provider requirements change. Material changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Vidfield after a change means you accept the updated policy.
